Every baby is cared for like my own. My approach is calm, natural, and personal, creating an experience that feels easy and true to you.
Sessions are available in the comfort of your home or in my natural light studio in Tsawwassen.
At Home Newborn Sessions
These sessions take place in the comfort of your home, capturing your family in a space that already holds so much meaning.
I look for soft, natural window light to create images that feel warm, relaxed, and true to your everyday. There’s no need for a perfectly styled home—just a few light-filled areas is all we need.
The ideal time to photograph your baby is within the first 1–3 weeks, when they’re still extra sleepy and curled up. That said, in-home sessions can beautifully take place anytime within the first three months.
My approach is gentle and unposed, focusing on connection, quiet moments, and all the little details you’ll want to remember.
Investment
In-home newborn sessions are $695 + tax, with a $100 weekend upgrade.
You’ll receive all of the best images from your session (approximately 75+), delivered in a private online gallery.
Travel within 25km of South Delta is included.
Studio Newborn Sessions
Held in my natural light studio in Tsawwassen, these sessions are designed to feel calm, simple, and beautifully organic.
The ideal time to photograph your baby is within the first 1–3 weeks, when they’re still extra sleepy and naturally curl into those soft, connected poses. Sessions begin at 11am to make the most of the light—bright, airy, and true to tone.
The space itself is minimal and neutral, with a focus on whites, soft textures, and natural elements. I provide a curated selection of baby outfits and blankets, so everything feels cohesive and effortless.
My approach to posing is gentle and unforced. I follow your baby’s lead, allowing moments to unfold naturally while capturing all the tiny details and quiet connections.
To ensure availability, it’s best to book during your second trimester.
Investment
Studio newborn sessions are $550 + tax on weekdays, with a $100 weekend upgrade.
Your session includes 20 carefully edited digital images of your choice, delivered in a private online gallery. Additional images are available for $15 each.
Newborn Session FAQ
1. How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking in your second trimester to ensure availability, as sessions fill quickly.
2. Is a studio or at-home session better for me?
Both are beautiful options! My studio is perfect if your home doesn’t get much natural light or if you’d like a hassle-free experience. At-home sessions are deeply personal and memorable, capturing your family in your own space.
3. Can grandparents be included?
Sessions are intended for immediate family. If grandparents would like to join, I’m happy to add a little extra time at the end of the session. A $50 service charge applies.
4. What if my baby is early or late?
No problem at all! I typically schedule sessions for one week after your due date, and we can adjust if your little one arrives early or late.
5. What if my baby doesn’t settle?
I leave plenty of time for feeding, cuddles, and changes. Every baby I’ve worked with has eventually settled, and we’ll capture those quiet, beautiful moments.
6. What should my baby wear?
I provide a selection of outfits and blankets, all chosen to feel soft, natural, and timeless. You don’t need to bring anything unless you’d like to include a special family item.
7. How long does a session last?
Newborn sessions are typically 1-2 hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding, cuddles, and gentle posing without rushing.
8. When will I receive my images?
Edited images are delivered in a private online gallery, usually within 2–3 weeks.
